The Circuit – June 2025 Newsletter

News from Our CEO

Greetings!

As we roll into summer, I’m excited to share some big updates that reflect our continued focus on growth, innovation, and delivering more value to our customers. Whether it’s expanding into new markets, strengthening key partnerships, or bringing you practical tools to simplify your work in the field—Freedom is committed to leading with purpose. Here’s what’s new.

We’re proud to announce our expansion into Mexico through a new partnership with RE-MAKE, our official distribution partner in the region. This collaboration marks a major milestone as we work to bring Freedom’s remanufactured and alternative fueling solutions to a wider international audience.

To launch this partnership, we attended ONEXPO 2025 together—Mexico’s premier trade show for the fuel and convenience industry. ONEXPO brings together the top minds and suppliers in Latin America to discuss the future of energy, retail, and service. We’re looking forward to connecting with new partners, building relationships, and showing how Freedom’s solutions can make a difference across borders.

Please join me in welcoming Alex Watkins to the Freedom team as our new Vice President of Operations. Alex brings over a decade of leadership experience in manufacturing, supply chain, and distribution—and he’s already hitting the ground running.

Alex holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Southeast Missouri State University and is certified in Six Sigma (Green Belt) and Lean Manufacturing. His passion for continuous improvement, lean operations, and data-driven decision-making is exactly what we need as we scale. He’s got a proven track record of helping companies grow smarter, faster, and with a sharper customer focus. We’re lucky to have him onboard.

Freedom Electronics has officially expanded our partnership with Hengstler-Dynapar, one of the industry’s most trusted names in printer solutions. As a Gold Tier Distributor, we’re now stocking more inventory, simplifying the ordering process, and delivering enhanced support to our customers across the U.S.

This partnership allows us to provide a faster, more reliable experience—something our service partners will benefit from every day. We’re proud to work alongside a company as committed to innovation and excellence as Hengstler.

This month’s featured product is the FE-16353 Wayne Valve Repair Kit—a simple, clean, and cost-effective solution for rebuilding 4-bolt and 8-bolt Wayne proportional valves. It’s made with 100% brand-new components, requires no core returns, and installs in minutes right in the field.

Techs love the ease of installation, and businesses love the savings—over $250 compared to OEM pricing. It’s compatible with fuels up to E15 and Diesel B5, with E85/B20-compatible versions coming soon.

That’s a wrap for June. As always, thank you for your trust and partnership. We’re here to support you, grow with you, and help you succeed—wherever the road takes you.

Until next time,
Patrick Jeitler
Freedom Electronics President & CEO

Enterprise Portal Login Required Starting Late June

We’re improving your experience while keeping everything you rely on. Starting late June, access to the Enterprise Portal (also known as our Legacy Site) at shop.freedomelectronics.com will require users to log in to view or purchase products.

This change helps reduce confusion between platforms and ensures a smoother online experience without affecting your pricing, workflows, or ability to order.

Why the Change?

We’ve launched a new eCommerce site at freedomelectronics.com, built to make online shopping faster and easier with:

  • Smarter product search
  • Improved descriptions and images
  • Guest checkout with credit card
  • Access to special promotions

To avoid confusion when searching for parts online, product pages on the Enterprise Portal (Legacy Site) will now only be visible after logging in.

What You Need to Know

  • Login will be required prior to shopping on the Enterprise Portal (legacy Site) starting late June
  • Your pricing, terms, and ordering process will not change
  • You’ll be notified when your account is ready to move to the new site

We’re rolling out access to the new platform in phases to ensure a smooth transition.
