A Year in Review

As 2025 draws to a close, I want to take a moment to reflect on what has been one of the most dynamic and rewarding years yet for Freedom Electronics—and to thank our customers and partners for being at the heart of it all. From entering new markets to expanding our operations and launching innovative products, this year has been defined by growth, momentum, and strong collaboration across the entire Freedom network.

Expanding Our Reach

This year we officially entered the Mexico market, partnering with RE-MAKE to expand our reach in retail petroleum across Latin America. The response has been overwhelmingly positive, and we’re proud to bring Freedom’s proven quality and service to a broader audience of distributors and service companies.

We also expanded into a new vertical: Food Service Equipment. Strong relationships with major C-store operators—built over years of partnership in the petroleum segment—naturally pulled us into this space. The trust and reliability associated with our fueling products translated seamlessly into support for equipment like steam ovens, and intelligent hot and cold beverage dispensers, which are becoming increasingly sophisticated with touchscreen interfaces and smart diagnostics. We launched many new products in this category, and we see tremendous opportunity ahead as food service technology continues to evolve.

eCommerce Growth and Digital Momentum

Another major success story this year has been our eCommerce platform, which continues to exceed expectations. In 2025, we more than doubled our online sales compared to last year. The site’s intelligent search tools and user-friendly design make it easy for customers to find the right products—whether on a mobile device in the field or from a desktop in the office. We’ve seen significant growth not only from our existing customer base but also from many new customers discovering Freedom for the first time. With multiple ordering channels—phone, email, and web—more and more customers are choosing the convenience of ordering online.

Strength in Our Core Business

While we entered new markets, we never slowed down in our core focus—retail petroleum. Our Freedom Engineered line continued to expand with practical, technician-friendly products that simplify service calls and reduce downtime. From the FE-14 printer to proportional valve repair kits and DEF system components, each launch this year reinforced our commitment to innovation that works in the field.

Growing Teams and Greater Efficiency

Behind every success story is a great team, and 2025 was no exception. Both our facilities experienced growth, and our operations became stronger than ever. We introduced new processes and Lean methodologies that helped us operate more efficiently than at any point in our history. Those improvements paid off—allowing us to achieve record production output in the last couple of months while maintaining our high standards for quality and delivery.

Looking Ahead

As we head into 2026, our focus remains steady: to be the most dependable and innovative partner in every market we serve. Expect continued product expansion, faster turnaround times, and even more tools to make doing business with Freedom easier and more seamless—whether online, on-site, or in the field.
