Core Exchanges, Returns, and Refunds
How to receive your core refund
We will credit the core charge from the credit card used to buy the eligible product, if your existing core is returned to us within 10 days of receipt of your order. The amount credited is displayed on our packing slip as “Core Charge.”
- To receive your core credit, clearly write/print the order number (shown on packing slip and email confirmation) and place inside the box used to ship the core.
- Core should be shipped to: 170 Chastain Meadows Court, Kennesaw, GA 30144
- You will be notified via the email used to place your original order once your core charge has been refunded.
Please note that core returns received after 10 days of order receipt will be issued store credit only.
Returns:All returns or exchanges must be issued an RMA before returning
- Returns must be sent within 10 days of receipt of the order to receive a credit card refund.
- Returns sent after 10 days of receipt of order will be issued store credit.
- Returns or exchanges requested 30 days beyond the purchase date will not be granted.
- We reserve the right to charge a 25% restock fee if items are not returned in original condition and packaging.
- Products must be returned in original packaging in original condition or we may charge a 25% restock fee.
- To receive a Return Authorization (RMA) please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
- Please include a copy of the RMA email and write the RMA number on the outside of your box. If these instructions are not followed your refund or store credit may be delayed or voided.
- The address to send returns or exchanges to will be provided with the RMA number.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. We DO NOT offer refunds. If your return is approved, you will receive a store credit only.
