How to return a core and receive a core charge refund

We will credit the core charge from the credit card used to buy the eligible product, if your existing core is returned to us within 10 days of receipt of your order. The amount credited is displayed on our packing slip as “Core Charge.”

To receive your core credit, clearly write/print the order number (shown on packing slip and email confirmation) and place inside the box used to ship the core.

Once packaged with your order number, ship to:

You will be notified via the email used to place your original order once your core charge has been refunded.

Please note that core returns received after 10 days of order receipt will be issued store credit only.
