We will credit the core charge from the credit card used to buy the eligible product if your existing core is returned to us within 30 days of receipt of your order. The amount credited is displayed on our packing slip as “Core Charge.” If your organization has an Enterprise agreement with us, your terms may differ. Please reach out to your account or customer service representative for assistance.
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

For credit card purchases, if your item is eligible for a refund, the refund will be applied to the card used to place the order.
