Core Exchanges, Returns and Refunds

How to receive your core refund

We will credit the core charge from the credit card used to buy the eligible product if your existing core is returned to us within 30 days of receipt of your order. The amount credited is displayed on our packing slip as “Core Charge.” If your organization has an Enterprise agreement with us, your terms may differ. Please reach out to your account or customer service representative for assistance.

  1. To receive your core credit, clearly write/print the order number (shown on the packing slip and order email confirmation) and place it inside the box used to ship the core. 
  2. Core should be shipped to: 170 Chastain Meadows Court, Kennesaw, GA 30144
  3. Once your core charge has been refunded, you will be notified via the email you used to place your original order. 

Returns: All returns or exchanges must be issued an RMA before returning

  • Returns must be sent within 30 days of receipt of the order to receive a credit card refund.
  • Returns or exchanges requested 30 days beyond the purchase date will not be granted.
  • We reserve the right to charge a 25% restock fee if items are not returned in original condition and packaging.
  • Products must be returned in original packaging in original condition, or we may charge a 25% restock fee.
  • To receive a Return Authorization (RMA) please email [email protected].
  • Please include a copy of the RMA email and write your order number on the outside of your box. If you do not follow these instructions, your refund or store credit may be delayed or voided.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, then make a separate purchase for the new item. Refunds

For credit card purchases, if your item is eligible for a refund, the refund will be applied to the card used to place the order.
