Important Notice: Taxes will be applied at checkout where applicable. 

Please note: If you place an order and later submit a tax-exempt form, we cannot refund any taxes already charged.

To receive tax-exempt status:

  • If you are an existing eCommerce Customer, please send your Customer ID, Company Name, and contact information (name, email, and phone plus all tax-exempt forms for any state you want tax-exempt status to [email protected]
  • If you are an existing Enterprise Customer, please send your Freedom Customer ID, Company Name and contact information (name, email, and phone plus all tax-exempt forms for any state you want tax-exempt status to [email protected]
  • If you are a new customer, please complete the Enterprise Account Qualifications here. This will help you determine if you are an eCommerce Customer or an Enterprise Customer.
    • If you are qualified as an eCommerce customer, please register for an eCommerce Account here and follow the instructions covered in bullet one of section “To receive tax exempt status” above.

If you are qualified as an Enterprise Customer, as part of your account setup process, you will be asked for tax-exempt certificates.
