How it Works
1. Order a Part from Us
Buy OEM replacement boards and displays from Freedom — the same parts you already trust, tested and ready to ship.
2. Replace the Old One
Finish your repair as usual. Hold on to the failed board instead of tossing it.
3. Use the Prepaid Shipping Label
Each shipment includes a prepaid return label. Put the old board in the same box and send it back
4. Get Credited
As soon as your return arrives, we apply credit to your card — typically within one business day.

Are these boards new or rebuilt?
We stock new OEM boards, remanufactured boards, and our own Freedom Engineered replacements for certain models. Each one is fully tested to the same specifications before shipping.
When do I get my credit?
Once your old board arrives at our facility, we process the credit. Most are applied within one business day.
Do I have to return a board every time?
No — but it’s the easiest way to lower your overall cost.
Is there any extra paperwork?
No forms. No phone calls. The return label’s in the box — just pack and ship.
